HOW I WORK
I start from a simple belief: you are already creative, resourceful and whole. My job isn't to fix you. It's to help you hear what your body, mind and soul have been saying all along, and to give you practical tools to respond.
I bring together four things I've trained in and practiced for years: hypnosis, Reiki, yoga and Whole Health education. You don't need to believe in any of them for this to be useful. Come curious, and notice what's true for you.
THE FIVE ASPECTS OF HEALTH
When one shifts, the others feel it. In our first conversation I'll ask about all five. Most people are surprised by which one turns out to matter most.
Sleep, movement, energy, and how your body holds tension.
Out of balance, it can feel like: tired but wired, braced shoulders, restless nights.
Stress, old patterns, the inner critic, relationships.
Out of balance, it can feel like: a short fuse, replaying conversations, not feeling safe to rest.
How, when and why you eat, not just what.
Out of balance, it can feel like: eating on the run, afternoon cravings, food as a reward or a rule.
Your home, work, people, light and noise.
Out of balance, it can feel like: a space that drains you, no place that's yours.
Meaning, connection, purpose, belonging to something larger.
Out of balance, it can feel like: going through the motions, feeling cut off.
THE 6-STEP CHANGE PROCESS
Every session and package follows it.
We notice the pattern without judging it. Awareness alone often loosens its grip.
One small, specific shift, not a life overhaul.
In your body, your mood, your energy. Real feedback, not what you think should happen.
We reinforce what's working, so your nervous system learns it's safe to keep going.
A setback is information, not failure. We use it.
Recommit, adjust and continue.
Where hypnosis fits. Hypnosis is a focused, relaxed state where it becomes easier to notice patterns, rehearse new ones, practice forgiveness, and step into the version of you who already lives this way. You stay aware and in control the whole time.
WHAT I HOLD TO
THE THINKING BEHIND IT
I'm fascinated by the idea that mind and body, self and other, may be expressions of one consciousness. Some of the language of quantum physics gives me useful metaphors for that: fields, possibility, the observer shaping what's observed. I use these as a way of seeing, not as scientific proof of how energy work operates.
What I can tell you from experience is simpler: when people feel safe, calm and heard, change gets easier.
We start there, in a free 20-minute conversation.
