WHAT I TEACH
They all rest on the Five Aspects of Health: physical, emotional, nutritional, environmental and spiritual. See how the five fit together →
Your body is built to rise to a challenge and then return to rest. Problems start when it never gets the signal that it's safe. We learn how to send that signal on purpose.
Stress hormones and insulin pull against each other. When stress stays switched on, many people notice cravings and energy crashes. Calming the body helps the middle hold.
There's no single right way to eat. We experiment, pay attention, and let what you notice guide you, with balance over perfection.
Seeing, smelling and slowing down prepare the body to receive food. Three slow breaths before a meal is a small practice with a big reach.
The way we talk to ourselves shapes how we feel and what we believe is possible. Our thoughts and words are spells we cast over ourselves and others. The energy of our thoughts, words and actions holds great power, so we learn to choose them with care.
Sleep is when the body restores itself and the mind sorts the day. A short night can leave stress hormones and cravings higher the next day. A wind-down ritual is one of the kindest changes you can make.
